Shipments and returns
Covid19 - Please note that during these difficult and uncertain times we are experiencing some delays with Royal Mail and other carriers. Please be patient and if you have any questions or need assistance please call us.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail. Royal Mail costs are fixed dependant on weight of the products ordered.
UK orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail and prices may vary depending on weight. Knit and Yarn use Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service and parcels will be handed over to the Royal Mail service as soon as possible. Please note that parcels may take longer to arrive due to external circumstances beyond our control. We will send UK deliveries to the whole region including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Our international orders will be sent using Royal Mail's international postal service. Prices may vary due to weight and the location of the desired delivery destination. The estimated dates are based on the location of the delivery and may vary due to customs and external circumstances beyond our control.
UK and EU countries are charged VAT respectively. Those countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT and this is reflected in the pricing on the website, Knit and Yarn.
With regards to payment, all of our products are in Pound Sterling (GBP) which will be charged in your local currency when using PayPal or your credit/debit card. This is due to the process that the banks go through.
In addition, the delivery may be subject to Customs and Import duties. These are your responsibility as they are set by your government. Any delays due to these impositions are not our responsibility and we are not liable for these. We have no say when it comes to the amount that must be payed as it is out of our control.
Delivery of subscription bags will be during the month that the customer purchased. Please note that the date of delivery may vary depending on external factors.
We are unable to track any parcels once they have been shipped. Due to the current circumstances, Royal Mail will not look into any parcels that maybe missing/lost/delayed, until 3 weeks have elapsed from the date it was shipped. Alternatively, we can only track parcels once an attempt of delivery has been made.
Any delay with Royal Mail is out of our control from the moment it is shipped from our premises.
